The Pilates Studio of Hood River

This is a really awesome facility, with top quality equipment. The instructors have been doing pilates for many years and they provide excellent training and guidance on form. They also make you sweat!

Their classes are wonderful. Great instruction, along with modifications for those with injuries. I am a pilates junkie and have taken classes when I travel, and none are as good as what we have right here.
