ProCare Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I received a very reasonable quote for my carpets.  I have 2 dogs.  They were able to get out all the dog hair that even my Dyson was not picking up. First they vacuumed the carpet, followed by a "pet" deodorizer, and finally the cleaning stage.  Amazing results!  The high traffic area stains were removed.  Overall carpet looks fantastic. Louis and Jacob are very friendly, professional, and took their time to answer my questions. They were thorough in explaining the process and equipment they used. I reached out via the 'request a quote' option on Yelp and they were very responsive! I appreciated that they actually gave me a quote vs asking to make a house call first. That gave me the confidence to book knowing it was in my budget and I was able to schedule the service call then.Many other companies ask to come and take a look before they give you a quote but I don't like doing that because if I can save someone from having to make a trip just to look at the place, I want to! They came on time, they were friendly and super kind to my dog which I really appreciate. He's an 8-month-old Goldendoodle and LOVES all humans and they were okay with his friendly greeting.
