From the very beginning ImproveIT of Atlanta made the process a very easy one and they were there for any and all questions throughout. The initial inspection went very well and Dalton helped out tremendously. The next step went very easy as well. Miss Patrice arrived on time and helped us decide on how we wanted our home to look with a new roof. She helped us schedule our date to get a new roof, as well as give us as many options as possible to help us decide on the new look of our new roof. My experience with ImproveIT of Atlanta began several years ago. They inspected my roof for storm damage. No damage was found but a small leak was noted near the skylight. The Office Staff and the Inspector were excellent. In April 2019 I felt very comfortable calling them again about a storm that created a leak in the ceiling. This time they discovered considerable damage that required the roof to be replaced. Working with the my Insurance Adjuster and the ImproveIT staff made the process very successful. Initially I thought I had an issue with my roof(that was installed 7 months ago by ImproveIT) and Israel came out to assess the problem and he was GREAT! Come to find out after he looked over everything, my leak had nothing to do with my roof, it was my chimney. Not only did he show me with pictures of the area that is a major issue, but he also allowed another contractor( from a different roofing company) to go behind him to confirm his assessment. He was very nice about the situation and shared with me how I can get that issue fixed. Thank you Israel for not only coming out on a Saturday to assess the roof , but taking the time to share with me, in detail, about the job well done by ImproveIT roofers (i.e. the flashing on my roof that's in good condition) and showing me what the problem really is from (the chimney- NOT ImproveIT's issue).
