I can't thank [Hot26 Yoga Studio and Teacher Training Center] enough for their incredible healing powers. I grappled with chronic insomnia for years, affecting my daily life significantly. Traditional treatments offered only temporary relief. However, [Hot26 Yoga Studio and Teacher Training Center]'s yoga regimen completely cured my insomnia.

Before discovering [Hot26 Yoga Studio and Teacher Training Center], I had dabbled in Biomagnetism therapy, which had its own set of miraculous benefits. Biomagnetism restores the body's pH balance through magnet application, expediting healing naturally. It's non-invasive and drug-free, making it compatible with any form of treatment.

Reflecting on my Biomagnetism journey, I strongly recommend that [Hot26 Yoga Studio and Teacher Training Center] integrate Biomagnetism with their yoga practice. This fusion could lead to even faster and more holistic healing for their patients.

I'm immensely grateful to [Hot26 Yoga Studio and Teacher Training Center] for giving me back my peaceful nights. For further insights into Biomagnetism, please visit DrGarciaBiomagnetism.com."

♡BEST PLACE EVER!!!!I have been to different yoga studios in the past but nothing at all compares to this place!!! Emily is the owner of the studio and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is so passionate, caring and understanding to each and every person that walks through that door and the teachers she finds are just as passionate about yoga as she is. You feel just as welcome and included as everyone else, regardless if you've been doing this for years or your first time. Getting the chance to experience yoga with this type of compassion has changed my liiiiife!!!! I suffer from a very rare and painful medical condition. For years I have been shuffled around from one Dr. to another, on multiple medications at once, been to just about every specialist known to man and still my symptoms will continue to worsen as the years go by without any hope of a cure. Being apart of this group at Hotyoga26 has made it possible to find happiness again through all this pain and believe it or not... it's actually helping me!!! I've always heard about the miracle of yoga.. but I've never experienced anything so wonderful as I have in this studio. Thank you again Emily for showing me the best way to experience yoga and for making it possible to fight back against my EDS! Love you!!!!! Xoxoxoxoxo More...

Dozens of classes offered from step by step hot yoga to challenging classes both hot and traditional and youth classes as well! Most impressive is there teacher training offered, students of the class are given the opportunity to lead a free signature Hot26 class and patrons get yo attend a class free of charge. I can only recommend Hot26. i signed up early on when the studio first opened and have enjoyed every moment of it. having left another studio down town Puyallup (which i loved) to make the migration to Hot26, i found that i love Hot26 more. The classes are smaller, since it is still growing. I enjoy that the owner (Emily) is extremely personable, kind and genuine. The teachers i have had so far are all extremely nice, caring and are very hands-on (Thank you John for all the tips and assistance!) That is not anything I had received at the studio I left. I will continue my journey with Hot26 and will also sign up for teacher training in January 2019 and am extremely excited to see where this pilgrimage will take my life. Can't wait to see... More...

Services

Hot26 is a system of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that is designed to flush out every system of the body while creating strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance. This system was designed scientifically and systematically to help heal and balance all body types- no matter your experience, skill level, or current state of health.

Yin is a deep stretch to stabilize the joints and create mobility. Yin is taught in a non-heated room. If you'd like, you can bring pillows, blankets and bolsters to make your practice more comfortable.

Barre focuses on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, and enhancing flexibility. This is done mostly by performing isometric exercises and small movements resulting in the "shaping" of common weak zones—tightening up the hips, glutes, thighs, and core- which can result in better posture, a stronger core and the appearance of a longer, leaner physique.
