This is our third year of being supplied by this company and their product and service has been very good. Based on that it would have been a five star review but they are a little more expensive and, maybe I am a little old fashioned, but I hate to have a delivery with 'crap' written all over it and I have never found toilet humour amusing.

I like supporting you and what you do. A box has 48 rolls so are only about £1 each and very long so are amazing value. I live on my own and so need a box about every ten months! The Premium quality is the one to buy, your cheaper quality isn’t much fun as it disintegrates! I tried that first but when I told you you sent me a complementary small box of Premium. I ordered 24 loo rolls at £28. They never arrived. It was difficult to contact the courier by email or phone. I contacted "Who Gives a Crap" who thanked me for reaching out to them and then, apparently, arranged for the loo rolls to go to the wrong address, despite me telling them my address. The courier had given the incorrect address which was fairly nearby, so I walked and retrieved my parcel.The product itself was very pretty but the loo roll consists of very small sheets of rather thin loo paper. That would be okay but I don't need to pay £1.17 per loo roll for that kind of quality and it is much less hassle to buy it locally. More...

Ordered and received a while ago, but was using up what loo roll we already had, I loved the quick delivery and the wonderful wrapping, which I think is the best part and what sold me on buying 48 rolls, so when we came to use the loo roll yesterday I was quite excited as expected alot but overall I was disappointed, its flimsey, the fingers easily go through the paper when wiping so then you end up using more paper, although it worked out around 91p per roll I shall be sticking to my prefered choice in future, and I wouldnt recommend this product.

The quality has declined markedly, unfortunately and I’ve decided to stop buying. It’s got a sort of ‘municipal’ feel to it, with an embossed, dotted pattern that you find on all the worst paper, but more importantly, it delaminates, so you’re frequently left with single bits of ply stuck to…well, you know. Over the last 2-3 years we have been using Who Gives a Crap Toilet Paper and given as gifts to share how great it was. We absolutely loved it until this last order. Something has changed … this new order is not like to past orders. The sizes of the rolls are different … the old rolls were compacted and weighed 6 7/8oz and the new rolls look different and are loosely rolled and weigh 5 1/2oz. The quality is not the same. It takes 1/3 more sheets per use than before (per my husband). The design is different … I am so deeply disappointed and I believe others, as they get their new shipments and experience the changes, are going to find the same thing. We learned about Who Gives a Crap from another loyal customer who owns several AirBnBs and uses in all of them, as well as personally. We all will be looking for a new sustainable toilet tissue. The reviews say a company by the name of Grove rates highly. I will be checking them out. This will be our last order with Who Gives a Crap. So sad because Who Gives a Crap has fantastic Customer Service Support … I will truly miss them. The quality and quantity went down as well as the price went up. So extremely disappointed. More...

Everything about this company is awesome. They have eliminated one of the most idiotic reasons to chop trees down, while also recycling tree products. The tp comes in cheerful packaging and works great. It doesn't cost more than other tp here in California, which is the reason my husband is ok with it. And they are even careful about not murdering whales to get the tp across the sea!
