I have been looking for 6 months for someone to clean a WHITE /IVORY loveseat for me. I also live on the 3rd floor of my apartment complex. Every cleaner either wouldn't touch the loveseat because they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't leave streaks from the water on the material (they believed the material was linen) OR they couldn't get their hoses up 3 flights. My windows are sealed so the hoses had to come up 3 flights of stairs. I contacted Stacy and she sent out her man, Mike. I explained that the previous owner had 3 cats, one of which had urinated on it; and when they came in from outdoors, they would lie on this couch with their dirty little bodies. Then, without cleaning it, he stored it in a friend's shop for 3 years!! You can imagine how dirty this loveseat was. Mike, said this would not be a problem. As Mike cleaned, he explained each step he was doing. He neutralized the urine stain which we couldn't find until the material was WET!! He delicately and determinedly cleaned. He showed me areas that darkened when they got wet; but assured me when it dried, I would see nothing. And he was RIGHT. The only smell I have on my loveseat is the lovely smell of the detergent from cleaning. I have a VERY sensitive nose so I know there is no more cat urine smell. Mike also placed a Scotchguard type substance on my loveseat so any spills would lie on top and not penetrate the material. I am a pretty particular person so before Mike left, we went over the entire loveseat, inch by inch so I could see, as it was drying, it was going to turn out beautifully---AND IT DID!! For all the "chain" cleaners I called, none of them would do the job. I am so grateful for Society Carpet Cleaners for doing an excellent job on a difficult piece of furniture. If they can clean MY loveseat, then I believe they can clean anything perfectly. I highly recommend Society Carpet Cleaners
