I've been using this service for well over a year now and, I'm pleased to say they are a [keeper].This cleaning service was a by mouth referral and I was desparate to find someone who would do the stuff I just [hate] to clean. Such as:The bathroom, the sink, tub, loo etc.The kitchen, the sink, the counter tile, the floor etc.The Vaccuming, dusting and dusting picture frames and the like.The owner and operator Margaret is quite the gem when it comes to providing quality service at a reasonable price. Also, courtesy calls prior to the visit, no penalties for last minute cancelling, will send a different person until you are satisfied; just ask her, she is better than a genie in the bottle.Licensed and insured up to $25,000 (gotta protect those Monet paintings 'ya know)Theresa was with me for 8 months and now since she has returned home to Europe for personal reasons I have Ann & Pauline for double the cleaning and, a great job they do too!Fee: $50Clean your fridge inside too: $75Do your windows too: $85Plusses:No time limit, no frequency minimum, added prices are all part of the visit and trustworthy. Provide your cleaning products as opposed to the ones they use if you wish at no charge.In this day of other overated cleaning services IMO, this is the one I recommend and am going to stay with...just ask Kim & Aggie from "How Clean is your House" on BBC!

I used Alicia for an emergency cleaning when our regular team couldn't make it. Her crew did a great job and while there was a minor misstep, when I called her to make it right she made me feel very comfortable in giving the feedback and made it right that very day without me having to ask! Would have her back in our home again in a heartbeat. Excellent service.
