Possessing the proper insurance is a non-negotiable requirement so after discovering our post-remodel cleaning company no longer carried workers compensation insurance, a week before project completion, it was a mad-dash for me to research and discover a new partner to come in and clean a client's home post-remodel. After narrowing over a dozen potential companies down to a small handful based the Industrial Commission of Arizona's Worker Compensation Insurance Verification website, I was left with a small handful, most of which were easily eliminated based on both their response time and response disposition to my “emergency”. From there, I had only three to call and talk to and by far The Highland Cleaning Company surpassed my expectations in a last-minute email and phone call! Chris and Lisa, at the 11th hour, came through like superheroes! Very professional when discussing the project on the phone and he and Lisa signed subcontractor documents, dispatched a team and completed the work at our clients’ home like it had been prepped and scheduled with a month lead time! Our on-site project manager said the team did a fantastic job and, after visiting with Chris in person, asked that we use them for post-remodel cleaning on every job requiring it.
