I recommend trying and eating EVERYTHING! You will be much happier and blessed to have eaten such beautiful and tasty food. My favorite is their Vegas roll; fresh fish, rice, and ingredients with a crisp crunch that I could eat all day EVERYDAY! They are by far the best foodtruck in Utah. If they’re close to you, go! If they’re far from you, JUST GO! You won’t regret it : )
