What’s your signature dish?

Being a French native, I like preparing meals that are French-inspired, like Raclette, Beef Bourguignon, Fish Aïoli, and any dessert. Crêpes is also a French staple I enjoy making as they can be sweet or savory, as delicious if they are quickly made and prepared with delightful ingredients.
My cuisine is far from limited to French menus, as I'm well traveled and well equipped to comfortably prepare many different foods, like Mediterranean, American, BBQ, Mexican, Soul Food, and Italian.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

The main step is to learn about my clients' expectations, diet, and cravings, to then propose the most appropriate menu for their occasion.

What do you love most about your job?

I simply love cooking and baking! Preparing a meal with intention, with carefulness and no unnecessary sparkles (unless my client want them!), puts me in a happy place. I aim at delivering food that will bring my clients an uplifting nostalgic feeling of family dinners as well as leave a memorable culinary souvenir.

What inspired you to start your own business?

From my grandmother showing me how to make a marbled cake or cook a steak to perfection, to my parents cooking everyday food from all over the World, I loved being in the kitchen. After making it work in a tiny kitchen during my 8 college years, and then traveling on a World Tour for almost 2 years, I was so happy to get my own fully equipped kitchen when I moved to Salt Lake City. At some point, I realized that cooking was actually my favorite thing to do, no matter the circumstances or my mood, so I figured it would be awesome to share this passion with other people that my friends and family.

Why should our clients choose you?

The food I create is rooted in a few principles:
- start from scratch as much as possible.
- use real food and prioritize seasonal and local products.
- stay away from processed food unless absolutely necessary.

I really want to share my love for food and cooking, with no pretension, with whoever wants some yummy food cooked for them on demand or needs help with this daily task.
