Ryan is seriously amazing. I was dreaming of a taco bar for my Park City wedding that was more high end, had a beautiful presentation and had plenty of vegan options. He created an amazing menu for us with an array of homemade fresh salsas and toppings. He even did vegan churros and chocolate that were so delicious. All of our guests are still raving about the food. Even months after the wedding, it is still the first thing they comment on. So many people said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I couldn't have hired a better caterer for our wedding. My favorite Hawaiian spot around! I've tried others and keep coming back here. I love that the cabbage in the kalua pork is actually steamed, not a bed of raw cabbage. Hey there! We are a family-owned wood-fired pizza place out in Saratoga Springs, Utah. We use our grandma's sourdough recipe for our crust and family recipes for many of our sauces and ingredients. We cook our pizzas using locally-sourced cherry wood at 650° Fahrenheit to give that perfect flavor every time. Although we have only been in business for a year, my brothers and I have catered for over 15 years.

I chose Brown Brothers Catering for our backyard reception because I had heard great things about them. When the owner came to our home to discuss they layout and the menu, and I heard him talk about the importance of making the food from real ingredients (rather than canned), I knew I had made a great choice. The staff came about an hour and a half before the event and had everything set up in just over an hour. They were professional, efficient (keeping the buffet full), kind (offering to get plates for the bride and groom, parents, even the band members), and a great value. After the event, they cleaned everything. I had asked to keep the leftovers, and they put them in storage containers that I provided. It's been so nice to have that yummy food for my out-of-town guests! I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again!Menu - light summer dinner - chicken marsala skewers, artichoke dip with bread and chips and crackers, salad with vinaigrette dressing, fruit, rolls, and assorted desserts (HIGHLY recommend the pretzel crusted brownies!)
