Chef Adam introduced himself via email and advised he was available to discuss my idea. I scheduled a time with him and the rest was history! I had a concept for a 2 person tasting, not a menu. I explained what I was thinking and Chef Adam's creativity and energy immediately ignited. My request was not his typical catering request. I was interested in a Taste of Nashville Tapas versus a traditional 4 course meal.
I was excited to hear Chef Adam's thoughts on menu items, where he could purchase ingredients and flavor pairings as they immediately jumped out at him. I'm grateful he was enthused by my request.
In less than 24 hours I received an amazing menu. I could have never thought of it lol. I'm excited to experience the final results.

haven't been there in like 2 years,nice how it's been updated and remodeled,very clean and organized...Staff all were very pleasant and all had Smiles and made the environment real upbeat...Food was cooked to perfection and served quickly,considering the place was packed...overall great Dining experience ..looking forward to the Fish night...think it's Tuesdays...
