Brittany Baldwin is a superb Home Chef. She has prepared our meals weekly and catered private parties for us during the past four years. She sends us a five page menu at the beginning of each week with a wide variety of choices. In addition, she will prepare anything off the menu that tickles your fancy. One of us frequently does that.
Recently, she catered a party for us and that is where she really excels. She worked closely with us to select a menu full of tasty delights. She did all the preparation on site and served the food with elegance, good cheer and in a professional manner. It was a delight to hear our guests rave about the food. Brittany was patient with our indecisions and smoothly executed exactly what was planned. She exudes a calm confidence, much good cheer, treats guests with a pleasant respect and when needed, tries to cater to a guest's unexpected health-related food needs.

She did an excellent job. We planned for a Taco bar just something simple for our crew and the food was just excellent.
The beef was very tender and flavorful and not bland like some places, the chicken she prepared was also very tender and flavorful. However when it cam to the bean and rice I totally wasn't expecting what she had made. The beans and rice combined with some carrots and onions turned out delicious. Everyone enjoyed thier homeade salsas as well.

Lasagna - I love the simplicity of creating Italian cuisine. I feel like it's the one world of culinary that the number of ingredients don't matter. It's the simplicity and freshness that matters. Fresh Herbs, Tomato, Flour, and Water - you have yourself a number of dishes. Anything else is just frosting on the cake.

I knew from a young age I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I dabbled in a few fields before I settled on culinary. But during all that time I always knew I wanted my own restaurant.
