The idea is simple. Hometown texas-style que slow cooked over a blazing fire right here on Long Island. Always simply seasoned, smoked over local oak splits to ensure the meat is the main attraction. Don’t hesitate to add some sauce to get the full experience! Food Truck fully inspected and insured, ready for your next special occasion.

What a wonderful addition to Babylon Village!
This beautiful market has the friendliest staff and owners- all ready to help you select one of their DELICIOUS menu items or offer advice on how to best use their authentic Spanish grocery products at home. I love that NoaMar is so versatile- great for a business meeting, date, girls night, quick lunch and more. I wish them the best of luck and look forward to my next visit!

We had a Sweet 16 at The Piermont for our twin daughters. It was an amazing evening!! The girls said, “better than they imagined”. From the moment we walked in & the girls saw the view, that was the place for them! Brittany was great & a pleasure to work with. We booked the place in the midst of construction, basically off of a photo of what it would look like. It turned out even better!! Everyone had a great time! The food was delicious and the staff was great!

Love it the food is excellent and I travel abroad often. Everything on this menu is top notch and the people who work there are very friendly and nice. I have sampled pizza in every state this is one of the best. I can imagine the people who rate this under a 4 are prob uneducated kids /no experience with dining and food quality.

Try the spinach Alfredo pizza and the white pizza, they were superb! House salad has a delicious house dressing, family secret. Great and friendly service, clean, warm and rustic decor. Close to the Babylon LIRR stop...go, take a load off. Bring a pie home! Reasonable prices and they have family specials. I'll definitely be back to try the entrees.

The best secret on long island. The French onion soup is to die for. The best I've ever had. They give you scissors to cut the cheese because it's so thick. Any of there steaks are phenomenal and come with the best gravy.... not your standard beef stock. The Jack Daniels steak is not your T.G.I. Fridays Jack Daniels sauce, it's really Jack daniels. I have never tried there other foods but I hear it's good. Decor is okay but it's a bar setting and an inn type feel.... don't let that sway you. The overall price is well worth it... $25 for a steak that comes with potatoes and vegetables and a salad. $6 for the best French onion soup ever... me and 3 others had an overall bill of $150 with tax and tip for meals and beers... trust me..... try it... you absolutely will not be disappointed.

This is a family run restaurant . The food is excellent and they give large portions. The staff is very friendly.
They have pasta night on Tuesdays and provide a bread, salad, entree, dessert and coffee.
There menu is priced fairly and have different specials as well.
My favorite is Chicken Marsala over Linguine.

We are a Family-owned and operated off-premise catering company located here in New York. At the helm is the head of the family, our Executive Chef Anthony Asciolla, and his passion is International Cuisines. From Italian and Mediterranean to Chinese and Jamaican, your wish is his command!
Chef Anthony travels and plays with flavors, so his repertoire is ever evolving. The best we can offer is his dishes of the moment. Frankie Marsala is a twist on a classic taking the mushrooms and stuffing them with the chicken, placing them over a bed of risotto and topping it off with his Marsala Sauce. On the other side of the spectrum is his Jerk Chicken with Coconut and Jamaican Fried Cabbage, to die for!
Budget is important. I never want to offer a client a dish that is out of their budget. After that cuisine preference is everything.
Making people happy. Throughout an event and at the end of an event, seeing the client enjoying themselves and happy with the results is what fuels the fire.
People were requesting Chef Anthony's services, outside of his job. In 2011, as his reputation was building, we decided to start our first catering company, Perfect Peach Events. This lead to us opening our first restaurant, Got a Guy Eatery, and the rest is history.
This is our life, this is our passion, and this is our reputation on the line at every event, no matter the size. We always say, you never know who you're serving. The bulk of our business is built on word of mouth, so we need to make sure every client and every guest gets the best experience possible.
Our services are remote, so you pick the location, and we bring the food!
The experience with Covid is ever evolving, and we understand that every client is different. There are clients that prefer our staff tested and masked and we have others that request no masks. No matter what the client's preference is, we will accommodate, outside of mandatory vaccinations, we will not request such of our employees and thank you for your understanding.
