New business at the end of Campbell Ave near the Stewies. For now they're working out of the owners food truck in the parking lot due to pending buildong inspections. The smoker they use is situated next to the road and you can smell the beautiful wood smoke from South Troy. I immediately proceeded to buy a full rack, because if you can't get that right, you can't call yourself a BBQ joint. Cost was restaurant pricing ($28), but it fell off the bone, the rub he used was amazing, and the sauce was smoky/sweet. The rest of my table got jalapeno sausages and something called a moink ball sub. A moink ball is a bacon wrapped meatball, it's utterly delicious. Small menu place, but just for now I expect and the sandwiches are very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a trip (only 10 min away for me) and definitely worth a trip back.

Chef Larry did an amazing job catering our wedding! He met with us, planned a menu that was sophisticated and seasonal. He worked with us on our preferences and made specific dishes to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions. Everything he made was delicious. In addition, he made everything easy for us on our day. He made sure everything was plated beautifully on time with our dinner (which ended up being later than we originally anticipated). Everyone was served attentively and warmly (great, friendly, and professional folks). I don't think anyone in the Capital Region ate better than us on our wedding day. We try to eat all of the best restaurants in the area and this dinner was better than anything we've had out in years. We would recommend this service to anyone looking for private catering.
