We are a full service caterer and food truck. We can deliver on a variety of meal styles including buffet, plated, food truck service, and full wedding services. We got our start with Mexican cuisine, but we also do gourmet sandwiches and lunch options, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, BBQ and a host of other things. We will make sure everyone at your event is full and happy.

Eight Hills Caterers & Lakeside Deli offers a variety of delicious food both for your dine in and catering experience. From our famous Sloppy Joe sandwiches, to our salads, to our scrumptious entrees such as Chicken Eight Hills with Roasted Potatoes to our popular Penne Vodka or Rigatoni Italiano. To add an additional flair to our pasta favorites we can include chicken or shrimp.

The approach is simple: source the best quality ingredients we can and not fuss with them too much. We cook our barbeque the old-school way with plenty of wood and time, adding just the right amount of salt and spice to let that lovely marriage of process and product evolve into something transcendent. Magic Mike's was founded by Ex Pro Baller turned Pitmaster, Michael Nurse, A.K.A: JoeBooga Loo, The Uptown Sniper, The Registered Nurse, the list goes on and on! Mike's passion for BBQ led him to begin his culinary journey into smoked meats and creating the perfect sides to accompany them. He has been perfecting his recipes for the last few years and his specialties include fan favorites such as his award winning Smoked Mac 'n Cheese and Dry Rub Ribs as well as his delicious pulled pork, shredded chicken and chopped brisket.
