The Best cheesecake I have ever had in my life!!!

I stop here just about every morning and it puts a smile on my face. Everyone and I mean everyone that I have came in contact with has been an absolute delight. Majority of the time I don’t even need to say what I need. The coffee here is absolutely the best in town. Thank you guys for your consistency and smiles it means a lot.

I'm definitely pleased with the service. I was serviced in a decent amount of time and politely. It beef m definitely made me feel nostalgic walking in.They were out of collard greens when I placed my order, so I'd definitely get them next time. The Mac and cheese and yams were solid. Three Mac and cheese could of been seasoned more, but I understand as a restaurant treating different pallets you have make food pleasing to everyone, not one person specifically. The chicken was good. It also could of used a bit more seasoning, but it was still good. I'd definitely recommend the catfish. That was the best thing I had in the meal. It was fried perfectly and well seasoned. I'd go back for when I'm in the mood for comfort food.

I had never been here to hear actual music and only for a drink. I was told that they would have music at 7:30pm so I thought I would check it out. The price was $20 per person for the cover charge which the host lowered to $15. We were seated at a table near the music. We ordered a drink and an appetizer seeing that we had already had a meal. We got the combo that had onions, mushrooms, Summer sausage with rice and beans. It was ok for an appetizer. I also got a dirty martini which was not real dirty and did not have enough olive juice. The waitress did bring me a cup of olive juice to add. The entertainment was lively. It was a fusion of rap, Latin and jazz which was different. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I may check this place out sometime in the future to see what other acts they have. Overall it was ok.

I heard they opened a downtown restaurant. I have been the the other one quite a few times and liked it so decided to try the downtown edition. The first thing you will notice is they look very different. This one looks very modern, it's very fitting for downtown but definitely a way different atmosphere than the one on the outside of town. The menus are a little different, this one seems to have less of a selection and of course the prices are higher due to being in a central location downtown. I tried the calamari as an appetizer as I'm not sure it's on the menu at the other restaurant. It was awesome, it maybe some of the best calamari I've ever eaten. I also split a porterhouse with my old lady, she wanted it medium, I wanted medium rare, but we went with medium. The steak was great, I would have liked it medium rare, but was very good as medium regardless. Our waiter was also extremely nice and prompt. Will probably end up coming back, although it will be a toss up for me, as I like the atmosphere of the old one due to it reminding me of my grandpa's restaurant as well as the better prices, but this one offers the convenience of being downtown. Either way I recommend trying either one of the restaurants, I've always enjoyed it ever time I've gone.I would probably rate this 4.5 stars if I could.

THE BEST FRESHEST TASTING LOBSTER AND CRAB IN TOWN! Love this place. They have seafood that doesn't taste like the gross seafood that people that hates seafood hate the taste of. This is where you take the person that you know that wouldnt touch seafood because of its fishy taste. BECAUSE THIS PLACES SEAFOOD IS WONDERFUL LIKE A GREAT FRESH BUTTERY FLAVOR! YUMMY!

Fast, friendly, priced right. Not exactly culinary excellence, but decent, affordable food that isn't the usual.

This was my first pizza experience since moving to Ann Arbor. This place was amazing. The quality of pizza you get for your buck cannot be beat. My two gourmet pizzas were delivered within 35 minutes of ordering online and they were delicious. I have no need to order pizza from anywhere else. Two medium gourmet pizzas were more than enough for 4 people and we were all very pleased. Especially since the total was only $26 after delivery fee. Soooooo good

This is a good stop when you want a hot cooked meal, served quickly. Always plenty of food.
