We ordered take out during the 'covid stay at home' period and everything was terrific. Delivery was contact less, driver worn gloves as well. Food was amazing!! I got a Calf roll cuz I wanted to try out the sushi, that's an easy roll when you dont know what to expect from a restaurant that's new to you. It was perfect. I will go back for others more complex. The orange chicken was plentiful and had great flavor and the right about of spice. You can even note how spicy you wanted it on the Grubhub app. Crab rangoons were huge and yummy. Lastly, we got the chicken lo-mein. Again, plentiful and full of flavor. I have ordered from at least 4 different Asian cuisine restaurants here in Elmhurst. I will order from Ni Hao going forward for all things Asian. I was surprised by the amt of different dishes and the very much enjoyed order.

Ravi and Chef Alex were excellent in both their professionalism and their delish cuisine! The apps amazing especially the pears with marscapone wrapped in prosciutto ! The soup salad entree mouth watering topped by the chocolate tart with raspberries and home made chocolate shavings! Thank you for making my hubbys 60th birthday so very special ! We shall meet again !

Stayed at a hotel nearby before heading out on vacation from O’Hare. Ordered your pizza because it was close by. It was one of the best I’ve ever had! Brought back memories of the great pizzas my Dad brought home from Milwaukee when I was a kid. Gooey, cheesy, lots of toppings and a delicious thin crust! Excellent service too on the delivery. Now my big problem is that I live 3 hours north in Wisconsin!

I do not have a signature dish, as any dish I make is signature, as it has my love, time, layers, attention in it. I have a love for creating Asian, American and Latin dishes, but can create something amazing from any cuisine known to man.

I discovered that cooking was a form of therapy for me. I have and always will take the most sanitary precautions with gloves and masks at hand during preparation. Hand washing and proper food packaging is important, alongside only those preparing food are permitted in the kitchen.
