I hired Peninsula Catering for my daughter's First Birthday/Christening celebration. Â I was impressed with the variety of food choices on their menu and that their prices were very reasonable. Â Patricia was our contact person and she was very helpful. Â Our guests loved the food! Â They raved about the spring salad, lemon chicken, tri-tip and especially the scalloped potatoes! Â Also, the presentation of the food was beautiful! Â My guests were rushing to take pictures before we started serving dinner. Â Â I totally recommend Peninsula Catering.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Besides the amazing food, Roger, is very welcoming and the hospitality is really appreciated! I loved the Shawerma especially the spices on the beef; the chicken Tawooq was delicious plus the Tabbouleh was all hand chopped just done the same way as we make it at home in Lebanon!

I can't really answer this question with only one dish.it's like asking me which one of my kids I love the best.We have many that people rave about,like our Angus Beef Tri- Tip,which we marinate in Burgundy wine and roast with 10 different spices,our Wild caught Salmon with a Mediterranean lobster Bisque sauce, our Butternut squash spiced Risotto, our Giant Mediterranean spicy beans,our Souvlakia with chicken and with Lamb/Beef and our Grass fed Lamb Roast,slowly cooked with rosemary and thyme,just to name a few.
The most important thing is to listen to the customer and not because you want to sell them what you want but because you have to offer them what they need.We take many factors into consideration,like dietary needs,likes and dislikes,the time of the year the event is taking place,the budget they have and how many people will attend the event.We give our customers the option to custom make their own menus and we are very flexible and accommodating when it comes to changing dishes.
