I’m a chef from New Orleans and in New Orleans we have that famous southern hospitality and flavor palettes that are to die for. I just moved to California I’ve been cooking since I was 12 and went to culinary school in Thiboduax LA. I’m an excellent chef, the evidence is in my size lol I won’t brag about my cooking or anything I’ll just let my food do All the talking.

I am not a cook but my husband and I joined the French cuisine class on a whim for a date night and it was a lot of fun! It was a recreational class where all the students were in charge of making one dish and we had a giant French feast at the end. The kitchen was super clean and it was neat getting to use a commercial kitchen for the first time. And bonus- the soup I made was great and I got to taste several new dishes that night.
