We are thrilled that we chose Angela and Green Chow Down to cater our anniversary party! We needed many vegetarian and some vegan options, and all of our guests were thrilled with the food. They accommodated us on a quick turn around, and met us as an affordable price that was well worth it. Highly recommend using Green Chow Down for your next event. I know we will.

Lucky for me, I had the privilege of using this cafeteria inside the Ascena building. Unfortunately, unless you work at Ascena, or are a guest of Ascena, you may not get to find out just how wonderful it is. But I want to assure you, if you ever have the chance to do so - don't turn it down. The staff alone make it worth while. You can tell they are anxious to please, and really take pride in their service and food. And they should - it's delicious. What makes Guckenheimer stand out - is that they offer some really healthy choices, and I'm not just talking about iceberg lettuce and shredded carrots. The salad bar has an amazing array of lettuce, spinach, hummus (flavored differently each day - but done handmade), olives, cauliflower done in spices, cheeses, great flat breads, and I don't know what all else. Expect it to be your main meal, if you go that route. They usually have a main meal, and a short-order meal. The main meal could be bbq chicken, with green beans, and garlic roasted potatoes, or homemade lasagna. One time they had Brussel sprouts, and I said, NUH UH. Because I've never had them where they taste good - awful, I think they are. The chef (I think she said she is the sous chef) cheerfully said I should try a sample, and I did. Wow! I took a helping and ate every last bite. Never, ever have I eaten Brussel sprouts until now (and I'm 55 yo). They also offer pizza and small items, like grapes and cheese, or yogurt and fruit. You cannot lose. The beverages they make - you can tell they put a lot of thought into - and try to keep them varied. Strawberry and mint water, (real strawberries and mint leaves), watermelon lemonade. I could go on and on. The best part about all of it - is that it's fresh, made with fresh ingredients by people who really care. Thank you so much Guckenheimer for making my stay at Ascena the best project I've worked on so far!

We randomly popped in here on Mother’s Day which happened to be my son’s first birthday—as a family we were accompanying my husband on a work trip in the area. I have never before or since had a better waiter. Ever. I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed, I had to give a shout out. He instantly hit it off with the baby (literally my son giggled and reached for him every time he came by), immediately brought him some water to sip on and a piece of pizza dough to play with while we waited for the food. When he found out it was his birthday he comped us a dessert. I’m sure the food was delicious, too. But what I remember most is that I’ve never had an easier time at a restaurant with a baby/toddler—and that’s saying something because he does NOT like to sit still.

Flavor on meat dishes was rich. Vegetables had been previously frozen.

Avanti Pizza in Belmont is so AMAZING!!! With new management this place is starting off right. The staff is so kind and the mother/son combo puts the family feel into this restaurant that is located right off the the main road. I'm so glad I stopped by for the margarita pizza with added Italian sausage. What a treat for me! Off to school now!!!

Under new management the food was really good, and I was surprised that they have a bar. They also have a free comedy show monthly, with food and drink specials. If you haven’t been there in a while, go check them out, you won’t regret it. Groupon has a 20% deal you can claim too.

Noisy, but they have decent (and tasty) surf and turf menu with an abundance of fresh ingredients.

I am eating that beyond burger right now oh man you can try beyond on any burger choice they have. This is a great place to sit and read the paper too. When I am old and gray I wanna eat here every day. Oh and also Mondays are half off the burger yay

The fish chowder is phenomenal. I haven't tasted anything quite like it.

I'm happy that we found this caterer. Usually, my company orders food every 2-3 times per week, But there was problems with food deliver and other caterers only drop off and leave. But this caterer was different. They arranged our dining table nicely! Also they was on time. We loved their tasty food and service and recommended them for everyone.
