Being in sports related activities have always been an essential in my life. I had aspirations of being a professional soccer player and dreamt on donning the national jersey. I was part of the Centre Of Excellence (COE) from the age of 13 to 17 but my journey stopped there. Alternatively, I developed my love in lifting weights, which embarked my new journey. At the age of 17, I was given the exposure to be a personal trainer during my internship programme and that leads to where I am now. 10 years in the industry. Im a lover of hypertrophy and strength. In summary, my goal is to help others achieve their fitness target.
I love being my own boss. When you are your own boss, you tend to get extra motivated to work. Reason being, the business is mend by you which means it follows your dreams and passions.
