How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

When first working with a client, we sit down with them and discuss what their goals are for fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. From that information, we work together to find fitness routines they love to help them achieve their goals. We create smaller steps that can increase strength, build confidence, and give more energy for the individual to feel their absolute best. A personalised programme helps clients achieve their goals without having to face obstacles on their own. There will be mental and physical barriers at times, but we work together with the client to overcome mental blocks and reassess routines to make sure it is the perfect fit for them to thrive.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is building up the confidence that you can do anything you set your mind to. It takes small goals to reach greater dreams, which is why we take a personalised approach to fitness. Every exercise routine implemented is designed to help you reach the milestones you want to with confidence and strength.

What do you love most about your job?

We love helping people reach their dreams! Our team cares about creating personalised programmes that help people reach success in their personal and professional life. Seeing results and clients achieve goals they never thought possible is incredibly rewarding. With the care of individuals reaching fitness goals, we know it helps build stronger families and communities who feel confident in their fitness ability and life skills.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After being a professional rugby player representing Otago and the Highlanders for six years, I learned just how important individual and community fitness can impact others. I started Let’s Go Fitness in 2012 to help individuals reach new fitness levels, even if they are starting from square one. With the right motivation and finding routines people love, I have been able to develop fitness routines that make a difference in the lives of all my clients. At Let’s Go Fitness, we have developed programmes that are life changing and open the doors to greater access for an intergenerational community to reach physical and mental wellness opportunities. We love helping people and are continually inspired by our clients!

Why should our clients choose you?

We care about a holistic approach to fitness and focus all aspects of our programmes around Te Whare Tapa Whā. By assessing physical wellbeing/taha tinana, mental wellbeing/taha hinengaro, spiritual wellbeing/taha wairua, and family wellbeing/taha whānau, we help build routines for clients to thrive in everything they do. From having more energy in their personal life to being more productive in work projects, fitness helps every part of our clients day for a healthier, more fulfilled life.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, we can set up virtual sessions to help clients do fitness routines at home. Email us at info@letsgofitness.co.nz or call at 03-471 8151 to learn more.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Let’s Go Fitness follows all up to date government guidelines to keep our clients feel safe. We have increased cleaning processes and sectioned off spaces for more room to workout comfortably. We seek to ensure our clients are informed of any changes to rules and put extra care into making sure they feel safe. If there are any concerns, we seek to accommodate wherever possible for clients to keep on track with their goals.
