Couldn’t recommend Josh highly enough. He is a fantastic trainer who pushes you hard and helps you maintain good form. He’s great sharing workouts via the True Coach app which is really easy to use and keeps you accountable to working out which is what I appreciate. He motivates in a real, genuine way which isn’t superficial or forced which I think is important.
Unfortunately I’m moving away and will have to find another trainer but would be lucky to find someone half as good.
