I was given personal training sessions as a gift for Christmas. Fortunately, I was paired with Kevin. He is a fantastic trainer. He made sure to tailor my workouts according to my fitness goals, explained the benefits of the exercises we were doing, and consistently showed me new exercises. My workouts got progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I really enjoyed working with Kevin. He is very personable and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to fitness. I felt stronger and more fit. If Kevin had not moved out of state, I would still be training with him. I highly recommend him!”
