There’s far too many things to pick from! If I’ve got to narrow it down to just one, it’s very rewarding helping someone on a potentially life-changing journey. I get to see real change in my clients, whether that be in their overall health, weight, or attitude.
I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I became friends with the personal trainers at my gym and the job they were describing was simply perfect for me. I then booked onto my first training course and the rest was history!
I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.
I can work with clients from home, at a local gym, in public areas/parks, from my private workout studio, or even at their office. Modern life is busy and can be difficult to balance, so we can discuss the most suitable options for your routine and budget.

He seemed very friendly, easy to get on with, approachable and good at what you do. Help me to tone up and get fitter and stronger. Yes but still a way to go. Emotionally: I can forget about home stuff for that hour & concentrate on me. Physically: My body is slowly changing and I feel so much better for it and stronger. Markus has been my PT for just under a year, and it has been an incredibly rewarding and empowering experience. I’m a middle-aged professional with a demanding job (and a single mum!) without much exercise experience, and had been struggling to improve my fitness - physical but also mental (in terms of fatigue and just feeling worn out, with little time for myself). Working with Markus has been transformative for me, both the in-person and online training. He is extremely patient and encouraging, knowledgeable and very professional. I’m no athlete but the training has helped me reduce my blood pressure, improve my fitness levels and diet, reduce my anxiety and tiredness, and improve strength and muscle tone. Markus is excellent at helping me set achievable goals and keeping me accountable, but always in a kind and supportive way. My confidence in the gym has also massively improved. I would recommend Markus unreservedly, it’s the most worthwhile investment in time, money, and energy I’ve made over the past year.
