Writing to recommend my personal fitness trainer Louis Labonté. He’s extremely patient kind and gives you a good workout every time.
If you ask, he’ll give you dietary support and homework workouts. I read a post on here saying that $100 per session is a little bit too dear. However, the accountability that a personal fitness trainer provides is priceless. If you’re the kind of person that really wants to make a physical change but cannot motivate yourself -by yourself -to work out, the investment of $110 a week or $180 a week for two sessions could lead to a priceless change in your quality of life.
Louis also offers spiritual guidance tailored to your particular spiritual, experience, beliefs, or lack thereof. He’s helping me get myself back on track and I can’t see enough about his patience and Grace in doing so.

Despite my dislike for this app due to bad experiences in the past, I want to make sure to give props where their due. Louis is respectful and accommodating but also highly knowledgeable when it comes to full body training. We focused on body weight training which was excellent for someone that is starting out. Louis is a an amazing trainer. We do group training and he tailors it to each person’s goal. He motivates us to push hard in order to get the results we want and it is working, I lost 1 inch in my waist in 2 weeks without doing a drastic change in my eating.

I had 5 one on one training sessions with Louis. I started training because after many years of Bikram yoga, I felt my muscles were not actually developing; plus a year of covid gave me a feeling of being pretty weak. Louis helped me develop a routine specific to my needs and specific to my body type: i am slim and slender, but lack core resilience and upper body strength. Working with Louis has been the best thing that has happened to me this entire year. I told him that I wanted to workout with him to get fit but I didn’t understand nutrition as well. We met for the first time and he broke everything down in a simple and easy to understand format. He helped me with something that I’d been struggling with for nearly my entire life. It is not often that I give a 5 star rating however, in my opinion Louis deserves one. I am in my mid 70 and lois and I have been working out together for sometime. First and foremost Louis takes the Covid-19 virus as seriously as I do and wears a mask and gloves at all times. He is well groomed and meticulous in appearance. . That being said, he initially inquired as to what my goals are and created a plan to meet these goals. His training methods and techniques are not only unique and amazing but he continually assists and encourages me where needed. I am one who tends to hold my breath while working out yet he not only reminds me to keep breathing but also makes sure I am well hydrated. I love training with Louis. I'm definitely not motivated by working with mean/harsh trainers. He is very soft spoken with a kind and gentle tone that makes it easy to respect his guidance and want to do well. He's also great at remembering each individual's limitations and progress even though we work in a group. After just a couple weeks, I feel myself getting stronger and developing endurance. There are multiple benefits that you will receive from investing in training with Louis. 1) In addition to his certification;
he is also able to provide education around the exercises, their impacts on your body and he is apt to modify once injuries are disclosed. He also provided nutritional and supplemental guidance to aid in recovery and results.
2) Louis is extremely observant. He has a keen sense to decipher how to structure and tailor your workout to your needs and capabilities. He will push and motivate you! You will never fall into a rut because he is constantly challenging your mind and body to produce results.
Overall, I have lost weight and gained muscle. This was an investment in myself that produced great returns. We did 19 sessions and I wish I could keep him on retainer!

I have been training with Louis now for 3 weeks 2 times weekly and I'm very satisfied with his training , after not being in the gym for 3 years and packed on almost 300 lbs my self esteem to start again was almost none existed but, my first time training with him was great, the second was better and now I'm looking forward to my training days with him, Louis is very comfortable to work out with as a trainer, and a work out with him leave you feeling regenerated thoughtful the day. . so far I'm not sure about weight loss but I'm definitely more loose in my work clothes. Louis has been great so far. I have never really worked out before outside of going on the treadmill or the elliptical. I was initially very nervous about working with a trainer not knowing what to expect. Louis made me feel very comfortable from the time I met him. He asked about my specific goals and has me focusing on exercises that will help me with my goal. He explains each exercise and the areas of the body it is for. I recommend Louis. I have been training with him for two weeks. He is professional and I’ve never felt uncomfortable training with him.
He is very observant and intuitively works with me on my strengths and weaknesses. He is very versatile on training and it’s never boring and always challenging. I’m relatively fit so he caters to what my needs are and I feel that he tailors my workout to fit my goals.
