Richard was highly recommended to me six years ago and from the start I told him I needed a lot of encouragement. Richard is educated and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He is great at listening to my concerns and developed a customized program exclusively for me which addressed my health issues yet kept each workout interesting and motivating.
