What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love meeting business owners, learning their business and helping them succeed. I started a company in 1991 and grew it from 2 people to a staff of over 220 and 27 million in sales when I sold it in 2014. I know the struggles that growing businesses have and I have a passion for helping others be successful with less struggles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I left the company I founded in 2018 and realized that what I loved was building businesses, training managers of all levels, and process improvement through software and workflow improvements. A few business owners that knew me from the industry asked me to help them with their needs and without planning it my business began. I have enjoyed every client experience and have clients in many areas of the country. Some use me in an on-going manner and others just reach out when they want advice or work on a specific topic.

I am a very personable, honest and reliable partner in business. I can relate because in most cases the problem I'm asked to help solve is one that I have struggled with myself in the past so I help clients learn from my mistakes. I utilized several consultants during my 28 years as a business owner so I understand my place in each owners system or growth process.
