At the risk of promoting his business to the point that he's too busy for our projects... Larry helped us solve an issue with our HOA with clear thinking and careful measuring. He is responsive by email, text or phone, flexible with his time, AND he shows up when he says he will. I never felt talked down to in response to my questions and ideas as we worked out different approaches to the problem (which can happen with some older contractor people when you're a short woman like me). He was patient, easy to talk with, and professional. His prices are reasonable, and he is conscientious about keeping them affordable (encouraging us to do what we can rather than pay him to do things we could do ourselves). Larry Torliatt solved a rather complicated problem for us that two other repair people were totally unable to do. First, Larry returns emails and phone calls almost immediately which is almost a miracle these days. Second, he is talented and smart and saved us from replacing the entire sink which would have been very expensive. Plus his rates are very affordable. I would call him again in a second. Larry is top notch. I had drywall damage after plumbing repairs and removed an old recessed medicine cabinet in our guest bathroom. I sent him pictures and dimensions with my phone and had a written quote via email the same day to repair and retexture my drywall. He was prompt and so easy to talk to and work with. Larry was amazing! He's just the kind of handyman we needed. We had some light switches that needed replacing and also some work on some custom built shelving, and he was able to fix it up at a very reasonable price.  Since both my husband and I work during the day, he was able to see us on Saturday and at later afternoon times to get the job done. I contacted Larry for help in figuring out what type and size of screws were required to assemble a kitchen utility table that I had ordered online but arrived without the requisite hardware.  Via email and phone Larry asked for information about the table and recommended what I needed to look for when I went to a hardware store.  Larry spent considerable time helping me and didn't even charge me for his time.  I wouldn't hesitate using him for future projects and will definitely recommend him to my acquaintances.
