Invitation Consultants offers a lot of different options like thicker paper and colored inner lining for envelopes. I ordered a proof for an extra $8.00. Great customer service. We asked for expedited shipping, but since we live only 3 hours away from where they print, they called us and told us they would refund the shipping and just charge the regular rate since it would get here just as fast!

I was looking for a cheaper, but still attractive, option for doing my own wedding invites. After doing some comparison shopping and finding some coupon codes, I ended up ordering my invites from Invitation Consultants. They offer a lot of customization with their premade layouts, and it was fun choosing the colors and fonts that I wanted.

I'm not sure about the quality of their customer service, though. I had a small question I wanted to ask, so I opened the live chat, but then after half an hour of sitting with the window open, it still said it was "looking for a representative." I had a great experience working with Invitation Consultants on my wedding invitations and ceremony programs! I couldn't find just the right design in their samples, but when I asked about bringing them a custom design they were more than willing use it, and they didn't charge an extra fee for it. When there was an initial problem with the print quality, they worked with me to fix it and the end product was perfect. We got married at the Echo Lake Inn, in Ludlow, Vermont, Memorial Day weekend-May 24, 2014 after being together for 7 years and long distance for the last 3 of those years. My husband, Chris, and I had a tough time coming to a compromise on the invitations we would want for our semi-destination, unusual wedding. My parents are very traditional and wanted what they had (custom engraved invites on the best quality paper in existence known to man-but that was over 30 years ago back when the Internet was not a thing and paper was the standard!) As much as I love hand-engraved invitations, I knew that this style wouldn’t really work for the type of wedding we were having and it wouldn't describe our relationship, and it would have been very expensive.

I had been looking at invitations for almost 2 years prior to selecting the ones we got from Invitation Consultants, since we had a 2 year engagement period. Every other major designer didn’t quite have something that called to either Chris or I, or evoked the feelings we were looking for. Once I got on their site and saw the custom design examples for destination weddings (they had cute ones for all over the country and even in the Caribbean too), I liked the one that was displayed for a wedding in Maine and so I called during my lunch breaks and emailed about a Vermont design, which would showcase our favorite places in VT and hopefully convey the feeling we wanted to our guests.

Invitation Consultants sent me a preview proof of the VT design and we tweaked it a bit, then they got right back to me and after reviewing it all with my husband, we placed the order and received it in a timely fashion. And I liked that Invitation Consultants had all kinds of wording for various invitation formats, wedding styles, and family situations, which made it easier and feel comfortable to use (other sites don’t have as much for offerings). I was astounded by how much wedding invitations cost, even via online, so I was so happy to find Invitation Consultants! Their invitations are cost efficient but still formal and elegant. I had a lot of trouble contacting them by phone, but their live chat feature was great and they were always extremely helpful and responsive via chat. They went above and beyond to make sure that my order would be exactly as I wanted it to be! My only (semi) complaint was that I wish there had been more font colors to choose from that more closely aligned to usual wedding colors - my wedding color is plum but there was nothing close to that, and to get a different font color other than the options provided was pretty price compared to the overall price of the invitations. But all in all I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone as great quality for a reasonable price! More...

Truly an AMAZING experience! I was recommended this place by a friend who got married in August 2013. If it was made of paper this company did it for us, from the invitation, place cards, table numbers, door hangers, programs, menus, and emergency kit cards.
Its a cute local place off henderson with such a personal touch. I def recommend working with Kaity- although I'm sure everyone there is just as amazing this was who we worked with. Not only are they creative and great at what they do, they communicate with you throughout the entire process. Everything was printed quickly and came out beautifully. I highly recommend them. They wont kill your budget and for what they came up with I would have expected to pay at LEAST double. Kaity at Invitations Consultants is amazing! The personalized service I received for my wedding invitations and decor was unbelievable. I luckily live in Tampa and was able to meet in Kaity in person a few times. She was available any time I requested, but with my busy schedule almost everything was able to completed over email. They worked with me to specialize the design and color of so many items. Kaity was always professional, patient and very sweet. All the women complimented the special touch of having invitations, programs, favor tags, bar menu, and table numbers work so well together. The unique design of each item ensured they blended perfectly with a common theme without matching the exact same. I saved myself so much stress and time working with Kaity and the prices at Invitation Consultants are extremely affordable. I shopped around a lot and know I found an awesome deal. I would recommend printing on shimmer paper if you think you may like that style. It is so classy and pretty. And I would highly recommend this company!! I searched for WAY too long to find an invitation vendor. But in the end, it worked out because I LOVED Invitation Consultants. I finally found a design that fit my vision that didn't leave me penniless. Their editing tool was much more user-friendly and allowed me a lot more freedom than any other site I tried to use, and I was able to get a match to my tricky wedding colors. They answered every one of my neurotic questions quickly (through their online chat) and their shipping is super fast for invitation people. I upgraded paper for the actual invites (totally worth it) but not for thank you cards (and these are still on lovely paper anyway). Their pricing is less than many other places and when you combine it with various specials they run periodically, it was right in line (pricewise) with the lowest competitor (but providing better quality and service). My sister designed my wedding invitations (layout, pocket, image & band) but I had SUCH a hard time finding a reliable vendor who let me upload my own design and didn't cost three times my budget! Invitation Consultants were great! Extremely flexible, personal, professional. I had contacted them because my aunt was painting us a picture of the wedding location and I wanted to use that on the invitation. I was doing it online myself and it was pretty simple but I realized I wanted a flat card vs. a folding card so I contacted them and they were very accommodating, flexible. The invitations were beautiful. The weight of the paper was substantial, the colors vivid an the fonts beautiful. I had to put a last minute hold on them in order to change the venue and customer service was helpful and accommodating. In addition when I had a question they were able to respond immediately and solve my problem.

Extremely pleased with our save the dates and invites (including thank you notes and an address stamper). For under $700 we were able to get 100 save the dates (color, center fold with 3 photos) and beautiful vintage invites. Both looked far more expensive than they were and everyone loved them.Great value here! Also, our save the dates first came back a purple color rather than the navy we expected and after voicing our concern, they fixed the mistake no charge. I came in initial contact with Invitation Consultants at a bridal show in Tampa. They had a gorgeous, Hawaiian islands themed Save the Date that was exactly what I was looking for for our destination wedding in Kauai (an island in Hawaii). I spoke with the two women working the booth there, who were extremely helpful in instructing me how to order online.

I was especially pleased with the online ordering process, as I was able to customize the font color, size, and even place a little heart on the part of Kauai we were getting married on. When the order was ready, they emailed me to let me know they were located close to my house and instead of shipping, I could come pick them up to save some money. I found this to be very thoughtful and unique for a business to offer ways to help you save money.

I was so impressed with the Save the Dates and their customer service, I didn't even think of going elsewhere for our invitations. Now knowing they had a design studio close to our home, I called to make an appointment. Our consultant, Kaity Eagle, offered to stay open late to accommodate our work schedules. She was so patient, helpful and fun during our appointment. We settled on a gorgeous design and paper. Upon leaving, we owed her a few details to finalize the invitations. Her follow-up communication via email and phone was extremely professional and helpful.

The final product came out amazing, and is still raved about by our family and friends on its uniqueness, elegance and intricate level of detail. We trusted them so much that we used their addressing, stuffing and mailing services which saved us a ton of time and headache.

I would highly recommend Invitation Consultants for all of your wedding needs, and plan to use them when we are blessed with little ones as well! More...
