I have been using AC Control for a number of years, and they have been the only company that was every able to get my air conditioning working AT ALL. I recently had A/C control replace the entire A/C system at my small music store -- I highly recommend!! Our small Mom & Pop shop was well looked after -- The owners emphasized throughout the process that 'the job is not done until we're 100% satisfied' and they are true to their word. After all the installation was finished they stayed in touch with us to make sure that the air flow in our rooms were as we liked and promptly came to make any adjustments we asked. When I bought my HVAC unit I bought from a referral of a friend.  The team set it up and it ran ok for a  few months.  Then when issues occurred they were useless.  So I called the manufacturer and they referred me to a company in Torrance so I tried them and they failed too.  The next on the list was AC.  The owner came out and was candid.  He told me about the real issues of duct work and I took a chance on them.  Then he educated me on a maintenance program.  That was like 5+ years ago and guess what?  It works perfectly!  A/C Control is one of the best companies I deal with - prompt, professional, truthful and knowledgeable.  Give them a shot and your house will be cool is the summer and warm in the winter! All around great service and support.  I highly recommend this company.  They were response and had an expert technician (Sergio, great guy and very knowledge) at my door in a few hours.  He found the problem quickly.  It required a part from the manufacturer which had to be ordered.  The next day one of the friendly women who work in the office called to schedule a time for Sergio to come back and install the part.  No heating or air conditioning repairs are cheap, but I felt their prices were fair.  Most importantly I did not feel taken advantage of.  I wish I could give them 10 stars. The guy from AC Control just left and I am very happy. He was professional, knowledge and very respectful and efficient. He swept up his own mess and asked for a magazine to put under the paperwork before he wrote on it so as not to scratch my table. I wish I knew what his name was but I don't. He was able to get the parts he needed delivered to our home and was in and out in a little over two hours. We did a large expansion in our office last year and AC Control was brought in by the general contractor to add an additional unit to the new space. His team did such a great job and was so thorough and cost conscious in everything they did we awarded him the maintenance contract on all four of our after hour AC units.Since then we've been very happy with their service and response time.  They come out 6 times a year and change filters and identify and fix anything before we even notice.  When we did have a failure they came out within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Efficient, fast, excellent service both at my place of business and also on the phone. I had called other highly rated companies to get help. One waited until 4pm to tell me they couldn't make it. I would totally recommend A/C Control. So my story goes like this: Of coarse of all the days its 92 degrees in Los Angeles no biggie right but guess what when the air condition unit is out and I am running a business where 20-30 people enter daily its not fun. So I called A/C Control around 11AM that when I realized there was a problem: 1) Whomever answered the phone was really friendly 2) The could not quote me a price but told me the approximately the maximum out of pocket cost given the worst scenario 3) A technician came out to my business 1 hour later awesome given such short notice. Long story short I did need to replace the unit which was the worst case scenario but what I paid was less than what was quoted on the phone.
