I sought out this company due to the reviews. I had my first consultation for free and went into discuss what they could do to help me. The price of their service was reasonable and they made it very simple. Turned in my end of things and waited. I had two more visits and then my court hearing, which went extremely well. The whole process was painless, they helped me get back on my feet again. No shame and no judgements. The staff are really nice and knowledgeable. Affordable for such great work and making things right again! They do all the work, you just turn in your items and get your things done in a timely manner. Time from start to finish was approximately 5 months. If you are shopping around I would recommend here, first visit is free. They are reasonably priced and they do pretty much all the work. Very happy with them.Never hoping to have to come back but if I ever had too they'll be my first stop. I will however recommend them to anyone I know who is in the same place I was earlier this year. Folks, I have never had to file a "BK", my employer kicked me off (local cemetery) for discovery of a burial of a person's mother in a wrong grave dug up the grounds crew when I told the mgr. (beware)  Anyway, you meet with a paralegal (Doug) they  feel you out to see if they can help your case.  A Lot of documents to produce. Than the "Fee" good price for me. Saw one dude who came in and paid in Bit Coins. The initial meetings they pay for the parking. When you have to come in for the meeting with the attorney your on your on. Derek A Soinski was the attorney that helped me. When I came into his office  I noticed he had a Philodendron on top of a bookcase like me at home. The Damn thing was growing all over the place. This was a good sign. Later at my hearing after our meeting which he did a great job in giving me a heads up and how the procedure was going to go. I have to tell you it was painless, They are very efficient and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering filing a a "BK"   I really wished I did not have to file but I had no choice. I was so nervous! Anxiety anxiety. Unnecessarily. These guys are awesome. Piece of cake. I had talked to another lawyer, but then,  I looked into him, did a little research and . .decided to keep looking. (The man's license had been revoked in 2013.) So, I had my first interview with them, the meeting was in a really nice building (the other guys was in bad shape), but the people at BLC were very professional.I sat down at the first meeting, and asked the legal assistant, how many bk's have you lost? He thought for half a second, I think a little surprised by the idea, and answered, "None." Ok. Where do I sign? Slam dunk. A BK isn't fun, but I believe you can count on these guys to get it done. I am as happy as happy can be!  The entire team at Bankruptcy Law Center treated me with great care and professionalism.  Filing Chapter 7 was something I was very conflicted about.  I knew it was my legal right to do so, yet still struggled with the shame of not paying my debts in full.  But everyone at BLC reassured me and gave me the advice and support I needed to get through the process.  I'd like to mention the names of each team member who left a positive impression on me. I've been with BLC a number of years now. These people are truly the best. When things were looking very dim with my BK13 and when we all thought "all was lost" Mr Tiller assured me that he will not  let "one rock be unturned" and, well to make a long story short he found a case similar to mine in another state, quoted it, and saved me $80,000. 00!!! Needless to say, I WAS ECSTATIC. And to say more, I was actually in the ER on the bed, having a stress attack at the moment that Aaron called me to say that I was clear of the $80,000.00 debt . No lie. I immediately felt better. Another thing is that I called the office the other day, with a question that that the trustee's assistant could not answer explain clearly, Collin answered and explained it where I could understand it completely, in layman's words. This place more than deserves their 5-star rating. I never thought I would have to declare bankruptcy but life situations made it a necessity. I was super nervous and scared and felt like I failed. When it was time to look into bankruptcy I looked at Yelp reviews to find a law center with good ratings. BLC was rated the highest and I booked a consultation. Everyone from the front office, paralegal and attorneys are kind, caring and attentive. They made me feel at ease and that everything was going to be okay. I met with the attorney, Anika, to go over and file my case. She spent so much time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Giving only a 5 stars to this team of professional lawyers and paralegals its not enough... they really deserve 50.000 stars. Yesterday I had my court hearing(341 meeting of creditors) and as soon as I walked into the court waiting room  Derek Soinski(best lawyer ever)was there and he had the command of the situation...I was extremely nervous but after he approached me with a big smile and explained everything in details I started to relax....the hearing went just the way Derek professionally explained to me. So far, I have no complaints about how they handled my case. I was very nervous when I first came in for a consultation,  but the lawyer I spoke with was very knowledgeable and understanding. The price was reasonable (all things considered) and they let me do payments in basically whatever amount I was comfortable with. They also were quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process, and very thorough making sure everything was ready for my meeting date. I just had my 341 meeting yesterday and it was much less scary and invasive than I anticipated. My lawyer explained to me what I should expect, and it went exactly as he said it would. Not sure what I would have done without these guys. If you're considering using them for your bankruptcy, I'm letting you know right now, there's just no reason not to.
