Four of us spent the weekend at your hotel, where we were impressed with our rooms and the attention of all staff we encountered. Our dinner was delicious, breakfast scrumptious, and the High Tea was beyond our expectations. A memorable weekend for all of us, especially our sister who was celebrating her 70th Birthday. On a long awaited car trip visit to Victoria from Central Coast NSW (borders opened yay) How lucky were we to stay in Ballarat, even luckier to come across The Grand Bar and Restaurant and Function address. Wow! Ballarat at its finest, beautifully, thoughtfully and sensitively restored, we were greeted by Sean, the proprietor, a personal tour we did enjoy followed by a relaxing wine in the elegant bar, accompanied by incidental music, we were in awe of the surroundings and total comfort. Everyone seems to be catered for right down to disabled access, so rare. Thankfully we are here for a couple more days, in time to come back for dinner and drinks.
