I would recommend, great intimate bar good atmosphere and gin collection. However for the prices you pay I would expect top shelf tonic to go with the good quality gin. Serving tonic out of a plastic supermarket bottle with the label removed implies that the tonic used is not of great quality. Would love to see the bar appreciate their tonic as much as the gin I'm sure the owners could afford it considering how many cocktails they are making per hour going by previous review responses.

Whether you’re in the mood for a casual catch up or an intimate dinner, our restaurant and bar is fit for any occasion. Our food and beverage menus change seasonally and feature fresh, locally sourced produce.
Unfortunately no, we are a function and dinning venue and do not offer outside catering.
COVID Policy
On 17th December 2021, the QLD Government is set to lift COVID-19 related restrictions on many hospitality businesses provided that all staff and patrons are fully vaccinated.
In line with this mandate, from 17th December, Darling & Co will require that any person entering the premises who is over the age of 16 will be required to carry proof of their vaccination status and be prepared to show this on request.
We recommend downloading the Check In QLD app and linking your COVID-19 digital certificate through the app for a quick and easy way to come on in.
Anyone over the age of 16 who is unable to show a double vaccination status will be refused entry.
Please, we implore you to be kind and patient with our staff and each other whilst these new measures are being implemented. We don’t make the rules, but in order to open our doors, we must abide by them.
