I have 13 years professional experience in my field, a Queensland Conservatorium Jazz Voice degree and am currently undertaking a Masters in Music Studies- focusing specifically on the Vocal Pedagogy (the science and art of voice teaching). My priority is crafting healthy and efficient vocal technique, however as a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter myself, I encourage individuality and creativity.

Having performed in a range of soloist, vocal group & band settings; Hannah has an expansive understanding of musicianship, vocal technique & performance skills which will help take you to the next level in your performing. Using a combination of Bel Canto & Contemporary vocal technique, Hannah works to broaden the skill set of her students voices & bring out their best tone possible.

I’m an elite performer and educator with over 20 years of experience and possess a proven track record in both performing and educating. I take on a limited number of private students each week. I currently teach at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (Griffith University) and the Performance Studios. I hold a masters degree in Jazz performance, another masters degree in Vocal Pedagogy and have a proven track record of teaching hundreds of industry professionals.

Blackstone-Ipswich Cambrian Choir Inc. (the organisation) had its beginnings as the Blackstone-Ipswich Cambrian Choir. The Choir was founded in 1886 as an adult SATB choir, with the express purpose of competing in what was to become the Queensland Eisteddfod. Given this extensive history, it is now reputed to be Queensland’s longest continuously-performing community choir. Over the years, the choir has developed into a more broad-based organisation.

My name is Madelyn and I have proudly committed to a lifetime of guiding people of all ages and abilities to reach their goals in singing - because everyone can sing! During my six years of vocal coaching I have been delighted to work with a broad range of clients to achieve an array of goals. To date, I have coached clients into gaining entry into tertiary study at the Griffith Conservatorium and other institutions, I have coached clients into receiving the leading roles in school musicals and I have successfully prepared a number of clients for vocal examinations through the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB).

Tailored performance and vocal coaching by an experienced performance artist with a Bachelor of Dance Performance QUT, Diploma in Musical Theatre DLDC, Bachelor of Contemporary Music - Voice (Songwriting) and 10+ years of stage and performance experience in live music, musical theatre, cabaret and voice. I combine relevant theory knowledge with vocal technique, specialising in the creative artist (singer/songwriter), the adult learner and the musical theatre performer as well as high school and tertiary curriculum and auditions/live performance!
