I have used Richard in particular and some of his team at Rivica for surveillance work on several occasions regarding the same subject. From the first call I made to Richard to the last, I found Richard to be very patient as I always had a lot of questions to ask, extremely professional, kind and empathetic towards my very difficult situation. Richard was very easy to talk to and a good listener when speaking about my situation with my husband and attended to my needs always. A true gentleman and always very supportive of me. He always went above and beyond to find another agent in his team even at the last minute, to do surveillance work for me, if he was unable to attend the job himself. Richard would always explain thoroughly to me what the process would be before they started a job. Richard and his team were outstanding in their surveillance work and always did a great job. It was great that I got regular quick updates via texts or calls whilst the job was being conducted. And the reports and the details of the work carried out each time was very clear, thorough and detailed. And video footage was great too. In the end Richard and his team were able to provide the information I needed on what was a very difficult and sometimes confusing situation. I very highly recommend Richard and his team at Rivica for all situations in surveillance and especially delicate ones. I would definitely go back to Richard and team again if I had to... (but hopefully not) ! I wouldn't go anywhere else. So if anyone else out there who is contemplating on hiring a P.I, you can't go wrong with Richard and his team, because you will definitely get the information and answers you need, good or bad. Richard was wonderful to work with. It's 10 stars from me.

Working with Simon was an easy experience for a first time user of a private investigator. I had some heirloom go missing 4 years ago and without Simons experience and professionalism I would not have found them and he helped me retrieve them. Simon is very knowledgeable in his work and was always in contact with me regularly always keeping me informed. Simon I want to thankyou once again, for helping me find them.
