It was Andrew who was the first on the phone to us to advise us, and, using his network, kept us up to date with everything that was happening even though it was not his responsibility nor was Australian Hiring Company going to benefit from this. It was simply Andrew wanting to do the right thing for us to ensure our day went as we had hoped. He was there very briefly at the start of the night (dressed to blend in and not draw attention to himself) to ensure that everything was working as it should, lighting, sound system, and so on. Whilst we were disappointed not to get to thank him on the night, the following morning he was there disassembling and preparing for the next event.
