I was lucky enough to get introduced to Des by a mutual friend 6 months ago. I had been stripped of everything that I felt identified me as a person, therapy and medication was helping but I was lacking direction and could not see a path forward. As a man, Des is extremely easy to talk to and open up about your issues with zero judgement. We formed an understanding of what was wrong but also, more importantly, what was going right in my life. To tell you the truth before I contacted SantéPLus+ Life I had been hospitalized and I had seen a psychologist who did not really provide the help I needed. To my surprise, over the telephone Christine has been able to open my mind to the reasons why I was not feeling satisfied with my life. She gave me the key that I needed so that I could move forward. We had several more sessions afterwards. Today I would like to tell you about my experiences and feelings as these sessions were very valuable to me due to Christine’s methodological approach, comprehension and ability to swiftly analyze and ask relevant questions. We do not “beat around the bush” with Christine, we move very fast and with great depth. Today I feel that I have the torch to enlighten my path. Working with Nichola has been life changing. I was unbalanced with work and life prior to her coaching and just a general blah feeling. She helped me get clear about what it is I want and get the fun back in my life. I have been more alert, aware of my thoughts and the actions I am taking towards my goals.
