What do you love most about your job?

I love meeting and connecting with new people and helping them overcome their blocks in their lives. I also love the community around the clinic space. It's very healing and there is a lot of positive people around for additional support for my clients if they need it.

What inspired you to start your own business?

It's something I've been doing since 2009 in some form. I enjoy helping others through healing modalities and having my own business has allowed me to express that.

Why should our clients choose you?

My clients should intuitively "know" if I'm the right fit for them. My intention is to help my clients heal in the most easiest, quickest and effective way that is right for them.
I work intuitively and also use a number of Buddhist psychological principles in my work. I am a member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association and I attend regular supervision, so I am blessed to have the support of some very experienced psychotherapists whom I can call on should the need arise.

Thank you JP for the good work we have done together in identifying conflicts and tracking them down so they can be healed. It is a work in progress for me and the outcome of the sessions is still unfolding and improving for me, and I am grateful for the progress already made on the fatigue, heart pain, high blood pressure, and sleep apnoea With the fatigue, I have had a noticeable improvement in my energy levels, which is so great, as I am been under fatigue for many years. It’s really nice to feel more normal in this regard, after a long time of not feeling that. The heart pain has improved and continues to improve, as I am aware of the tracks now and am becoming very aware of when I am in a situation that triggers the track. Each time, I notice and bring that to consciousness, it is getting better and the pain is occurring less. I have noticed that in situations that would normally really spike my blood pressure, that it is not happening and it feels much more stable, I expect that in time, this will improve more and more. In the past, when I was in a stressful situation, my blood pressure would really spike, I could feel it and it was quite frightening. This is not happening any more. The sleep apnoea has improved a lot and I notice that I am having much more peaceful and refreshing sleep. I have really started to notice the situations that trigger the track in me for sleep apnoea and I believe that is leading to the improvement, I believe that in time, this will get better as well. Thanks again JP, you clearly love your work and have been very good at helping me to detect the original conflict/s which is so important to this process. Being aware of the conflicts and knowing what is causing symptoms is so important isn’t it. I feel like it has made me feel much more empowered about my health, as I know now what situations/conflicts can trigger me into symptoms and if I make those things conscious then the symptoms fade. It feels good to be empowered in that, as in the past I have often felt overwhelmed and at the mercy of my body’s processes. Kind regards Dianna

Mark understood my battle with quitting smoking and all the methods I had tried before including hypnotherapy and failed. Mark took a different approach with his sessions with me and made me understand the reasons for my behaviour. Mark also wrote me a specialised script of sel hypnosis for me to use and in applying Mark strategies, am glad to say I have been off the smokes with the least amount of agitation, frustration and withdrawal symptoms. Thank you Mark.
