What do you love most about your job?

I love to entertain with my "Unique British Twist" something ingrained since I was a small boy living in London being brought up with the likes of The Two Ronnies, Some Mothers do have them, Steptoe and Son, Benny hill and all those wonderful comedic actors.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been self employed since the age of 21. 15 years ago I walked into a magic shop in Sydney, I stepped out of my comfort zone as I had neve performed magic before. I taught myself magic, I was already a born entertainer and finally I found my calling. I have been voted Children's Entertainer of the year N.S.W. 2021, 2022 and 2023; and my corporate entertainment is on the same level having recently been awarded "Most Innovative Corporate Entertainer New South Wales 2024".

Big Room Entertainment was great for our wedding, specifically Sam ! He did our ceremony and reception music, as well as MC the night to help make sure it ran smoothly! The music was perfectly timed during our ceremony, so it made it that much more special! Sam was great at managing guest music requests, as well as our own. I would recommend limiting the number of requests you submit beforehand, because it can change the flow of the dancing since he tries to accommodate all those - just let Sam work his magic and flow of the night! I would definitely use Sam from Big Room Entertainment again for any DJ / MC needs!

Jack hosted our event and it was great. Went smooth with great vibe and everyone seemed happy and engaged. Laughed so hard and had a sore face by the end of it from all the smiling. Such a fun night. Thanks Jack!
