Janissen Electrics — a pleasure to deal with — Simon, Adam, Alina and the entire team are very courteous and professional! Very prompt and efficient service!!! Called Simon regarding an electrical problem at home in Booragoon — the power was constantly tripping during the thunderstorm on 5 August. Simon said he would speak to Alina and check if there was technician working in the area. Within minutes Alina called me and informed that a technician who was working in the area would be there in 30 minutes. As promised the technician arrived within 30 minutes, identified the problem as a faulty light caused by water seepage due to gutters having been clogged with leaves. He cleaned the gutters, replaced the faulty light fitting and tested all to be OK. Thanks to Janissen Electrics we did not have to live in the dark and wait until the next day for an electrician!
