We found Michelle online after doing lots of research and came across all the amazing reviews. In two hours, we learnt more from Michelle than we have ever learnt from any other trainer. We had been through a lot of the positive reinforcement trainers and our anxious/dominant dog was confused by our lack of good leadership. Michelle taught us to be firm but fair and by the end of the session, our dog was already much less reactive and seemed so much calmer - and she actually listened to us! What an experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their position in the pack and for people who have been given confusing messages up until now.
