We found Michelle online after doing lots of research and came across all the amazing reviews. I must admit, we thought the reviews were too good to be true, but let me let you, they are true - she’s absolutely amazing! In two hours, we learnt more from Michelle than we have ever learnt from any other trainer. We had been through a lot of the positive reinforcement trainers and our anxious/dominant dog was confused by our lack of good leadership. Michelle taught us to be firm but fair and by the end of the session, our dog was already much less reactive and seemed so much calmer - and she actually listened to us! What an experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their position in the pack and for people who have been given confusing messages up until now. We wanted the absolute best for our little fur child and Michelle has absolutely helped us so much. Thanks very much to Michelle and her handler Jane, we can’t thank you enough!
