Our behaviour consults are an in-home service that take 2+ hours. First, we conduct a thorough investigation into the behaviour of concern, because all dogs are not the same. What works for one dog may not work for another. We may ask you to take videos of the behaviour prior to the consult. Next, we assess how you communicate with your dog. Depending on your level of experience we may teach you about classical and operant conditioning, the four quadrants of dog training and how to use a clicker or verbal markers to reinforce desirable behaviour.

My partner, myself and our 7month old border collie Lyla had our first session with Tracey a couple weeks back. Since this training, we have seen a significant improvement with Lyla's behaviours. The main issues were walking on a lead, growling at other dogs or unknown objects. I have found it much more pleasant to walk Lyla around the neighbourhood with the strategies suggested by Tracey.
