I have participated in the small group training run by Michael and his team. Michael has supported me through my fitness journey as a total gym newbie, creating exercise programs suited specifically to my needs and abilities, including programs to allow me to continue exercising safely and rebuild strength through recovery from a significant injury. Michael has a truly holistic approach to health, wellbeing and fitness, enhanced by an online platform and community exclusive to the group of people that he works with. I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough.

I have been a long-time gym goer, athlete and personal trainer, however, I would find myself on a cycle of injuries that my physio could not get to the bottom of. I was suffering from a left shoulder injury and had some serious muscle imbalances. My mobility was so poor I could barely squat or press above my head and had to give up playing competitive basketball as my body could no longer handle the intense training and games. I'm forever grateful to Michael for introducing me to the concept of holistic health. Being able to see the patterns and connections has helped me improve not just my health but my life in every area. I'm a lot more energized, have a better sense of purpose, physically I'm a lot stronger, and more mobile, my posture is way better and my shoulder is way more stable which brings me joy because I can train hard and play sports again. There are no shortcuts. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced and has high standards for his work so he will do everything necessary to help you meet your individual needs.
