Making this decision is a big one and I understand this, because this is a similarly big decision for me, as I see clients as Partners. Which is why, I would prefer to have a conversation on whether we would be a good fit for each other.
Either is fine with me, this depends on my Partners and their business, with modern tech whatever is required can be done online. However, for physical businesses, I would prefer to be onsite, at least for a run through, at most staff interviews and training.
