This interaction helps me grasp your brand and objectives better or work together to develop your desired objectives. Following this, I’ll prepare the work graphics based on our discussion.
We can then continue our communication through email or Zoom meetings. Phone calls and in-person meetings can be challenging due to logistics, so detailed questions are best addressed via email or virtual meetings. Key questions might include:
What are your main goals and objectives for this project?
Do you have specific branding guidelines or preferences?
Are there any existing materials or inspirations you want to incorporate?
What is your target audience?
What is your timeline and budget for the project?

Each project briefing is unique, so a thorough chat via email or Zoom ensures we cover all necessary details and sets a strong foundation for the project.

My creative process is client-focused and tailored to ensure your project meets your vision and business goals. Here's how it works:

Define:
We begin by discussing your design requirements, branding, and any specific materials you want to include, such as photography or images. This is where we clarify your objectives and gather all necessary resources to ensure we're on the same page.

Prepare:
I then move on to conceptualizing ideas based on our initial discussion. I develop the structure and style that will guide the project, creating mock-ups and samples to give you a clear visual of the direction we’re heading in.

Develop:
Once the mock-ups are approved, I move into the development phase, refining the design and adding the necessary features (e.g., e-commerce capabilities, responsive layouts). Throughout this stage, I maintain clear communication with you to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

Deliver:
After final refinements, I deliver the completed design, ready to launch or implement. Depending on your needs, I can share the files or assist with the setup directly via a fast remote desktop application like AnyDesk, allowing me to work on your system as if I were physically present. I can guide you through using AnyDesk to ensure a smooth connection between our devices.
Throughout the process, my goal is to make the design experience as smooth and collaborative as possible, ensuring we meet your deadlines and deliver a high-quality final product.

To ensure I deliver the best results and meet your expectations, I typically need the following information from clients before starting a project:
- Project scope and goals: Type of online design (e.g. logo, re-website, website, social media graphics, advertising, food menu, fashion ads, mockups)
- Target audience
- Brand guidelines: Preferred style and inspiration, any preferred colour scheme and fonts
- Existing content (e.g. logos, images, text content, materials)
- Design inspiration
- Required specifications (for websites: number of pages, e-commerce capabilities; for redesign and/or rebranding requests: existing materials or branding elements)
- Platform preferences
- Timeline

With this information, I can provide accurate turnaround times:

Web Design: 3-40 days
Logo Design: 1-4 days
Brand Graphic Design: 7-30 days
Ads, Posters, and A4 Size Brochures: Typically included in social media ad designs and web design projects.

Please Note:
Book and Brochure Pages (4-10 pages) are not within my scope of services.
Printing Services: I do not handle printing or image files for ads, brochures, or posters. For print needs, please request a USB backup from OfficeWorks or a store sign print shop.
