I took out a policy for our 5-month old kitten and I've been dealing with Annie who has been super understanding, clear, friendly and informative at every step. Their availability in customer service has stood out in an age when one usually battles to get through to someone to speak to for information. Petsy's coverage has exceeded all other providers I checked against and they also have no sub-limits on claims which is a massive comfort for down the track.
