One of the most professional tutoring services I have seen! The tutors are great, the kids look forward to the classes, and the management team is very helpful and timely with their responses!

i have asked my son about his tutorials in both English and Maths. He quite likes them both. a small feedback, in English homework, teacher's feedbr, pls provide more fields, in 04/06/24 English homework, teacher's feedback only shows upto "For instance. .." which is abit annoying. i hope teacher does spending sometime with him to review his previous homework at the beginning of each session, so he can learn where he gets wrong, and how to rectify those mistakes. Other than that, please provide option to reschedule class beyond than current month. most of us are paying by 3mths or even 6 mths, if we are going holiday or long weekend, i'd prefer i can reschedule the class to the end of my current plan. otherwise if rescheduled class too close to regular class, my son will not have enough time to finish his homework. or if we go a month long holiday eg xmas time, it will be very annoying to reschedule whole month classes, if we only allows to reschedule within current month. it might take me think twice whether i want to pay for more than 3mths of tutorials.
