Unreliable, am concerned that this is a legitimate business.

As a gold card veteran, I used the service as a part of veterans services and was hoping to get a provider that had integrity.
They started off doing what was expected and promised to spray weeds, the weeds were never sprayed. They were supposed to attend for an agreed duration but this time decreased over time (to about half the time) but the charges remained the same. I guess they didn’t realise I was working from home on those days. The standards continuously got worse to the point that they just stopped. They ghosted my communications and the veterans services coordinator without any form of excuse or professionalism.
This business promises what they don’t provide, they don’t work the time they charge, they decrease (and cease) their standards over time and are unprofessional in the way they deal with customers.
Warning to you all, waste your money on them or find a genuine gardening service with professionalism and integrity. I am highly disappointed that this business has taken advantage of veterans, they are totally un-Australian!
